My favorite workout routine is a combination of strength training and high-intensity interval training (HIIT). I love starting with compound exercises like squats, deadlifts, and bench press, followed by shorter bursts of intense cardio like sprints or jump rope. This routine helps me build muscle and burn fat efficiently.
As for a healthy recipe, one of my go-to meals is a quinoa salad with roasted veggies and grilled chicken. I cook the quinoa and then mix it with roasted bell peppers, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes. I top it off with some grilled chicken seasoned with herbs and a squeeze of lemon juice. It’s a nutritious and delicious meal that keeps me satisfied and energized.
