A quick introduction…my name is Nancy and I am a partner in a Salesforce recruiting company called Tech2 Resources.  I’ve been involved in this business for 13 years and have thoroughly enjoyed being a part of it!  I’ve noticed over the past couple years, that people have been getting Salesforce Certifications left and right and that’s so great!  I’m so thrilled that the Salesforce platform has grown so exponentially and that there is such a need for Salesforce resources.  But, I word of caution… just because you have a certification, that doesn’t mean you have the experience to demand a 6 figure salary.

I know, this is an unpopular thing to say.  The trend lately has been that we place people in Salesforce Admin, Developer, BA, Architect ( I could go on) and 2-3 months later, they are quitting or being let go for a number of reasons.  Here are a few of them:
